sunday swimnastics!
join us for a sunday 90minute swimnastics session. we will have time to include a dynamic warm up to build athleticism, body tension for a strong streamline, a circuit full of gymnastics based strength exercises, forward rolls and mobility to lengthen everything out to find more range in the body.
this will be the most fun you have ever had doing drylands that is also specific to enhancing the performance of swimmers. there is no prior experience necessary, we will teach you from what you know and are capable of prioritising quality of movement first.
