Want to work on particular areas of your swimming, a coached 1:1 session will enable just that. Whether you lack rotation, have slow turns or poor underwaters, maybe you repeatedly get the same technical correction, whatever it is we will use dryland training to improve your performance in the pool. There is the option of zoom or in person training. Get in contact to arrange a time, you are welcome to create your own small group of up to 6 swimmers.

Coached sessions
These coached sessions can be run as regular weekly sessions or as part of training camps and school holiday programs. Run in-person or via Zoom, please get in contact to find out about availability.

Coached session + written program
This option is ideal if you are looking to include swimnastics as part of your regular training schedule. We teach the program to you and your swimmers, then provide you with the PDF program to work from until we next return for a visit. These are run in-person or via Zoom.

Club activation
Tired of nagging your athletes to complete their activation on the pool deck? Our 10-15 minute activations are tailored for your club or squad and will have you nagging no more.
The fast-paced exercise sequence won’t give them time to stop and talk if they want to keep up! So you’ll have time to write the set-up on the whiteboard while your swimmers complete their activation.
The activation is available as an instructional video you can display on a screen (with or without music) or as a written PDF.
