Saturday swimnastics sessions!
You now have access to weekly swimnastics dryland training. These 60min classes will be periodised in alignment with the Swimming Victoria calendar. Every session will include body tension, strength, flexibility and a swimnastics skill specific to the training phase. With small classes sizes we will be able to tailor the program to suit you, especially if you become a regular.
Swimnastics is a gymnastics based dry-land training program for swimmers that's used by a number of swim clubs across Australia. The program is designed to help swimmers build strength and increase flexibility. Plus, it's lots of fun!
When: Saturday 11:00am-12:00pm
Cost: $35 for 60minutes single session or $60 for two swimmers (make sure to click the two swimmer sign up) (3 session monthly pack is available during February make sure to click the monthly sign up link for $30 per class)
Who: Swimmers aged 8+ (but friends or siblings who love another sport are also welcome!)
Bring: Comfortable activewear and a drink bottle. Yoga mats and equipment are supplied.
