Attention all Melbourne swimmers!

Keep your kids engaged this school holidays with a special holiday class that teaches them the fundamentals of swimnastics - in a treehouse! The class runs for 90 minutes and focuses on handstand development for streamline body positioning, strength, flexibility and meditation.

Swimnastics is a gymnastics based dry-land training program for swimmers that's used by a number of swim clubs across Australia. The program is designed to help junior swimmers build strength and increase flexibility. Plus, it's lots of fun! And there's even a cafe out front for parents to enjoy while your child hangs upside down!

When: Monday 24th September, 9.00am-10.30am AND/OR Friday 5th October, 9.00am-10.30am
Cost: $30 for one session OR $50 for both sessions
Who: Swimmers aged 9-15 (but friends or siblings who love another sport are also welcome!)
Bring: Comfortable activewear and a drink bottle. Yoga mats and equipment are supplied.
