Noosa Nature + Open Water Swim (optional)

Come and do swimnastics in my new home. In nature as we happy cat and angry cat, look at the blue skies whilst you are in dish, all of your swimnastics favourites by the water. Afterwards you can join me for my new favourite activity, open water swimming. You will get a swimnastics towel on the day and hopefully some whales or dolphins are around (no promises here!)

When: Monday 9am-10am (swimnastics) + optional open water swim after
Cost: $40 for 60minutes single session + swim
Who: Swimmers aged 8+ (but friends or siblings who love another sport are also welcome!)
Bring: Comfortable activewear and a drink bottle. Yoga mats and equipment are supplied. Bring your bathers + cap and goggles if you are up for a swim (you won’t even need a wetsuit).
