we use breath work to regulate the nervous system and create length in the muscle tissue.
we will have a combination of movement and stillness
you will learn tools for calming the mind during difficult sets
you will develop techniques for race day
try it at least once it will be different to what you expect
give yourself the edge to reach your pinnacle performance
perfect if you: are inconsistent in your training, experience high levels of stress or worry, have difficulty racing well, have plateaued in training or performance, need to improve flexibility or just want to optimise!
recommended for national and open level athletes but not limited to. completely optional whether you turn or camera on or off - sessions are delivered via zoom.
