swimnastics for masters swimmers!
Want to develop your core strength and improve your mobility? gymnastics based dryland does just that! These 90min classes will include body tension to improve your middle body strength, rolling to have fun getting upside down, mobility to improve your range of motion and yogic breath work to improve your capacity. It will be the most fun you have ever experienced during dryland training whilst staying specific to swimming.
Swimnastics is a gymnastics based dry-land training program for swimmers that's used by a number of swim clubs across Australia. The program is designed to help swimmers build strength and increase flexibility.
When: Sunday 12:30pm-2:00pm
Cost: $45 for 90minutes single session or $40 per session if you purchase a back of 3 (make sure to use the alternative sign up and will be used for 21st July, 18th August and 15th September)
Who: Masters swimmers (bring your friends there will be some partner activities to share a laugh)
Bring: Comfortable activewear and a drink bottle.
